Gina builds competitively authentic brand stories that attract and engage community and make founder dreams come true. 

After twelve years in the formative era of social media marketing, building an integrated, best-in-class brand content practice for Saks Fifth Avenue, and developing strategies for fortune 50 first-movers like PepsiCo during a time of exponential growth at VaynerMedia, Gina Gretchko launched a fractional consultancy to bring modern storytelling to emerging and scaling brands.

Most recent, she developed the brand for three-time James Beard Award nominated and Food + Wine Best New Chef appointed Cordelia and its sister brand, ROSY. Prior, she produced original campaigns for Saks with CHANEL and Virgil Abloh while editorially directing coverage for 15 fashion week seasons encompassing New York, Milan and Paris.

Gina loves sharing her wisdom with industry veteran indie founders across fashion, hospitality, wellness. She advised independent designers within RAISEfashion, coached interim members of the CFDA, and supports the future of fractional work as a founding member of THE BOARD.
